I shortlisted EFileFlorida after extensively researching as many tax companies as possible. I was on the look out for the best Tax preparation company after the IRS audited an incorrect return prepared by my previous tax preparer and sent me a notice for $59000 when the amended Tax return sent by the same tax preparer failed to satisfy the IRS audit. Esther promptly returned my call, patiently heard me out, and asked me some very pertinent questions, and accomodated my request for a quick meeting the very next day itself. By diligently following up with the IRS after filing an amended return she saved me $59000.00 and put an end to the mental anguish and aggravation that had been eating me since the IRS audited the erroneous and incomplete return filed by my previous tax consultant (of six years). What is even more commendable is that Esther resolved the complex IRS tax audit in a matter of 8 days - which includes me meeting her for the first time ever, handing my 2009 return and the several pages long IRS audit, her quickly grasping the nuances of my tax situation and preparing the amended return satisfying every single IRS observation, faxing over my amended return and promptly following up the IRS on phone to get their confirmation that I am finally off the hook for $59000 and owe the IRS $0.00! These 8 days also includes a weekend... So in all she took even fewer days from start to finish. This despite it being the feverish tax season!
